Remains left after a meeting. The diners have risen from the table leaving a quiet space. Imprint of a conversation.
The silence after a talk. The moment before or after, is a moment of silence.
Half-disappeared crockery reminiscent of the immaterial. The white color takes weight off them, takes away their presence.
The reflections of the metal as the inner life of each spoon / individual
What attracts me to the set: cup, plate, and teaspoon, is that they represent "ONE MOMENT". A short, small moment, how small objects are.
Drinking a coffee is not a useful act like eating, but something + idle + mental. An empty cup of coffee makes me think of a gathering or a moment of reflection, intimacy, a pause.
The intimate life of objects. The coffee or dessert spoon has to do with sweetening, the soup with feeding. A teaspoon full of sugar = transporter of affection, of love.

These sculptures belong to the series of Totems called geometric. They are formed by the repetition of the same piece.
Strung on an iron tube they create a 200cm column.

Produced in black or white stoneware it has a great influence from Brancusi.
